However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment manufacturers, product availability, and the handmade/custom nature of certain items.

Placement, size, color, or appearance of printed, glitter, rhinestone, or other customized designs may vary slightly from the product images shown online. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Custom & Spirit Wear Products

Certain products sold by C & K Designs are made specifically for schools, organizations, teams, businesses, events, or individual customers.

Unless otherwise stated, the use of a school, organization, team, mascot, name, logo, or other identifying material on a product does not imply ownership of that organization or affiliation beyond the applicable merchandise arrangement.

Custom, personalized, special-order, and designated spirit wear products may be subject to additional restrictions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

Orders & Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee product availability. Garment styles, sizes, colors, and materials may occasionally become unavailable, discontinued, or backordered through our suppliers.

If an issue affects your order, C & K Designs may contact you regarding a substitution, delay, alternative option, or refund when appropriate.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

Pickup Orders

For orders designated for pickup at a school, organization, business, event, or other pickup location, the pickup location is used only as a designated distribution point.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, the school, organization, business, or pickup location is not responsible for manufacturing, processing, returns, exchanges, refunds, customer service, or resolving issues related to your C & K Designs order.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the designated pickup location after being notified that their order is available.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers must contact ckdesigns411@gmail.com before returning or leaving an item at a designated pickup location. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
